PS22 Chorus sings "God Bless The USA (Proud To Be An American)" for N.Y.C. Mayor Michael Bloomberg

Soon after the September 11th tragedy, the PS22 Chorus sang for Mayor Bloomberg at City Hall. This medley of "God Bless The USA" and "America The Beautiful" was a huge audience-pleaser (and Mr. B's dad's all-time favorite!)

hey taylor! you were awesome indeed, as a singer and as a person -- one of the coolest kids ever (even if you "can't even spell your own name." :) that's still one of my favorite PS22 videos of all time!!)

it was great running into you at is72, made me think back to all the great times. as far as what's happened to you, i'd say you turned out just fine, taylor. stay cool and stay in touch.

PS22 is a blessing!!!! I have never heard you live but on you tube many times. Mr. B., the work you do with these kids is beyond amazing. The world lacks more teachers such as yourself. Kids, you have been blessed to be part of something so wonderful. Enjoy every second there and thank you for your talent!!!!

All of the music is just beautiful. I can't decide on which song is the best, but I really love your rendition of Journey's song. The children, and you, Mr. B., should be very proud of yourselves. The arrangements are always perfectly done and the children sing so wonderfully. I love the enthusiasm of everyone involved and hope that my children will be fortunate enough to have music in their classrooms when they start attending school. Thank you all for sharing your gifts.
